Our Center offers the following services to the aspirants of higher studies in the United States. 

For Visitors:

• Basic Information in person, by mail & on phone : 

We provide general information regarding eligibility for Undergraduate, Graduate or Doctoral programs, types of courses, information about the fees of the tests, how to register, reschedule, or cancel, etc. And we also provide accurate, comprehensive and current information on US higher education to public, free use of official guide books up to 20 hours per week, free entry in to mentoring sessions / presentations by US University representatives.

• Distribution of GRE, GMAT, SAT, ACT & TOEFL bulletins : 

Our Center has made arrangements with various agencies like ETS, College Board, ACT and IPEM for supply of bulletins to us regularly. We are the only Center in Gujarat offering this service to the students willing to take these tests. Before this, students had to send their requests for test bulletins to IPEM or ETS which consumed lot of their time and money.

• Assistance in registration of GRE, GMAT, SAT, ACT & TOEFL: 

We assist the students in registering for GRE, GMAT, SAT, ACT & TOEFL online. This facility has helped lot of students who otherwise would have faced registration problems.

For Members:

• Use of library resources: 

Our library consists of the latest information about the Universities including programs offered, requirements, acceptance rate, faculty descriptions, projects undertaken; resource books on internships, writing a personal statement, web sites & email addresses of Universities and test preparation material. Our members have access to College search softwares and by using these CDs, student can shortlist universities depending on his background & requirements, which otherwise is time consuming & tedious. We also have Tour Guide of various Universities in the form of CDs.

• Assistance in writing Statement of Purpose : 

Students are given full assistance by our Experts on writing their SOP.

• Computer based Practice for GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, ACT, SAT : 

Since last two years ETS provides standardized tests only on Computers. Very few students have access to computers to practice these tests and if they do, the softwares for the same are very expensive. Taking into consideration the difficulty faced by these students, we started providing practice tests on Computers for all the tests including LSAT. We have a wide range of latest softwares and also extensive paper based practice material.

• Photocopying facilities : 

Our members are allowed to photocopy the University information available in our library.

• Visa Workshops : 

We organize this workshop by carefully taking into consideration the guidelines given by the US Consulate office from time to time. This is normally divided into three sessions. First is on "Preparing the Visa File"; second on " Procedure and tips on facing the interview" and the last is the "Mock Interview".

• Pre Departure Orientation program : 

It has been observed that Indian Students undergo severe Culture shock once they reach US Universities. Most of them have very little knowledge about the Academic Environment, managing money, social life at the University, health and insurance, safety, Immigration regulations and Employment, paying taxes etc. During our "Pre Departure Orientation Program" we discuss all these issues. This helps the students to a great extent in getting adjusted to life in US. We also invite experts who focus on the career opportunities for Indian students who have completed higher studies in the US.
